Makeover Gimp

First select the Paths tool and outline the hair then push enter.

The go to Colors and pres Color Balance and play with the colors until you like it.

And now for the eyes press the free Draw tool and as neatly possibly trace them.

And then go to Colors and press Color Balance and play with in until you like it .
